Our delivery time is currently 3-5 business days, provided that the products are in stock. All orders are packed and shipped manually and carefully from the Netherlands.

Orders over 100 € are free of charge, shipping costs for orders under 100 € are 6,95 €. With exemption of countries that are not included in the EU, for these countries a shipping cost of €39 will apply.

All orders are provided with a track and trace code.

If, for whatever reason, an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it at any time within 14 days, provided that the ordered product is still in new condition.

1) Contact us via the contact page and request the return form or download it here. Please include order number and full name with the request.

2) Check if your order meets the specified conditions. Products with signs of use cannot be returned due to current hygiene regulations.

3) Pack the items as securely as possible, preferably in the original packaging, and include the return form.

4) Drop the package off at the post office and be sure to include a track and trace code with the package. As the sender, you are responsible for the delivery and we do not want to cause any misunderstandings.

Once we receive the package, we will make sure to return the money to your account within 6-10 business days.

Please note: Damage, defects and missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns will be processed or inspected as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the package is received in our warehouse. The customer is liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by the intended use of the goods beyond what is necessary to determine the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

The returned items must have the original labels and be returned in the original packaging. Suitta is not responsible for shipping returned merchandise.
Therefore, please pack it carefully (original packaging) and stamp it sufficiently, preferably by registered mail and with a tracking code.

Depreciation will be determined at the time of return. The customer accepts and assumes full responsibility for any depreciation at the time of purchase of the goods.
